Salman Khan isn't the only one who has appeared on Bigg Boss.

Bigg Boss is a well-known reality television show in India. It's even divisive because of the way it's written. The show has been produced in seven different languages throughout the Indian subcontinent. Bigg Boss Hindi, which premiered in 2006, was the franchise's first broadcast. As of 2018, the franchise is available in Kannada, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, and Malayalam. Contestants are referred to as "housemates" on the program, and they live together in a specially built house that is cut off from the rest of the country. Housemates are voted out on a weekly basis before only one is left, and that person receives the cash prize. Bigg Boss 4 was his first season as a host. Salman Khan returned as the show's host after a one-season hiatus, and has hosted every season since season 6. Salman Khan will also host the most recent season of Bigg Boss, Season 12, which will air later this month. Per season of Bigg Boss adds a new layer of complexity. This season, the show will include contestants in pairs, as the producers have revealed that contestants will include not only partners, but also parents, brothers, coworkers, and even friends, with the theme Vichitra Jodis (Strange pairs).

Season 1 of Bigg Boss: Arshad Warsi

Salman Khan, Bigg Boss Season 4

Salman Khan anchored Bigg Boss Season 4 as the show's host. Shweta Tiwari, a well-known television actor, was the season's winner.

Season 4 of Bigg Boss: Sanjay Dutt

Season 5 of Bigg Boss featured Sanjay Dutt as the host. Juhi Parmar was the season's champion.

Farah Khan, Bigg Boss Season 8

Salman Khan returned as the host for two more seasons after Season 5. Farah Khan hosted Big Boss Season 8, also known as Bigg Boss Halla Bol. Gautam Gulati was the winner of Bigg Boss Halla Bol during the season of Bigg Boss.

Salman Khan was back as the host for Season 9. He's now hosted the program for four seasons in a row. Prince Narula, Manveer Gurjar, and Shilpa Shinde are the winners of each season. Salman Khan will also host Bigg Boss Season 12. Colors TV will premiere the program on September 16, 2018.
